Christmas Day
We spent a quiet and peaceful Christmas at home this year.
It was Doodles first time to open presents. It was a lot of fun for us to watch!
Noelle AKA Doodles still in her pink PJ’s and her pink fleece vest (Compliments of her friend Emmy!)
Grandma Tallent helping her un wrap her presents from her cousin Amanda.
“Can I eat it Dad?”
“Thanks. MmMmm. Tasty.”
Playing with the puzzle ‘Mandy gave her.
Today she got to wear one of the adorable outfits she got from Amanda.
I gave her some frozen bread to gnaw on. Figured it was healthier for her than eating dead lady bugs off the floor. We’ve had an absolute infestation of them. They pour into the house faster than we can keep them vacuumed up.She is definitely fully mobile now and is as a result a much happier baby. She crawls her way around really well and constantly surprises me with how fast she can get from point A to point B.

Been thinking about y’all a lot lately, I’m glad y’all got to have a peaceful Christmas! Miss you, hope you’re doing well.
Aww…she’s so adorable! Looks like y’all had a great Christmas. Have a happy and blessed New Year. *hugs*
Dead ladybugs. Haha. Delaney ate so many dead flies over the summer it was gross. The weather here was weird and EVERYone had a bad case of flies – so no matter how I tried to stay on top of killing them and keeping them off the floor, I still had to fish them out of her mouth quite a few times. Ewww.
I love her pink vest. How cute is that?
So Sweet…babies is what Christmas is all about, (just ask a Grandma!) NATURAL remedy for lady bugs (ours were eating our strawberries and we actually tried this)..is to gather about a cup full of them and grind them up (blender?) w/ water and pour it back where they were…a natural pesticide!! kind of GROSS blending up oh, they were rolly pollies, don’t know if lady bugs are the same….hmmmm.
hey, i’m being stalkerish now..
but wanting to check to make sure you’ve gotten my last 2 messages!?
love that last shot. she’s a sweetie!
